Information:
According to data collected by the National Weather Service, the Fox River in Green Lake County should crest and level off on Friday, September 7. Area lakes continue to have high water. Lake Puckaway, the entire Fox River in the County, and Little Green Lake remain under an emergency Slow-No-Wake order.

Residents of the following cities and towns who desire sand and sandbags may report to:
1) City of Berlin – 241 Spring St., City Garage.
2) City of Princeton – 428 W. Main St., Public Works Dept.
3) Town of Marquette – DNR parking area on Grand River Rd. near the Puckaway Rod and Gun Club.
*Note – sand and bags will be at these locations for citizens to fill.
**Note – citizens from other towns should call their town chairperson for information on that jurisdiction’s procedure on sand and sand bagging.

According to calculations from the National Weather Service, including anticipated precipitation and saturation levels, the water level will not reach the record levels of 2008.
