Information:

On Friday, June 3, 2016, at approximately 1:30pm, members of the Green Lake County Combined Tactical Unit, Central Wisconsin Drug Task Force, and Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation, served a no-knock search warrant on Lakeview Drive (West) within the Township of Marquette, Green Lake County, Wisconsin.

Within an earlier and on-going investigation, information gathered previously by law enforcement, led to obtaining a search warrant based upon the belief that an acitve Methanphetamine Lab was at the residence. During service of the warrant, law enforcement discovered numerous items consistent with the production of Methamphetamine including chemicals, supplies, and other paraphernalia.

Taken into custody was a 49 year old Markesan male and a 33 year old Princeton male. Also taken into custody, on an unrelated arrest warrant, was a 25 year old Berlin female. The two male subjects, arrested on drug related charges, remain in the Green Lake County Jail.

Due to the explosive and chemically hazardous nature of such search warrants, Green Lake County was aided by many other agencies including the Division of Criminal Investigatoin Clandestine Lab Entry Team, Markesan Police Department, Green Lake County Emergency Government, Green Lake County Public Health and Social Services, Kingston Fire Department, Southern Green Lake County Ambulance and Paramedic Unit, also, the DEA out of Chicago, Illinois.

Clean-up of the meth lab is expected to take several hours ending late Friday night.

The names of the suspects will be released upon formal charging by the Green Lake County District Attorney’s Office.
