Green Lake County has a vacancies for part-time Master Control Aides within the Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office, with starting hourly pay ranging from $17.18 to $19.52 . Under the general supervision of the Corrections Administrator, Master Control Aides maintain and oversee the operations of the master control room of the correctional facility, working a schedule in accordance with the needs of the Sheriff’s Office.

The following is a non-exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities of a Master Control Aide:

  • Maintain jail logs.
  • Monitor activity of all inmates.
  • Operate radio, video, and audio recording systems.
  • Monitor alarm systems and door controls.
Successful candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent (post high school education preferred), a valid driver’s license, and experience and/or training working in civil or military law enforcement which provides the necessary skills, abilities and knowledge. If you are selected to move forward in the hiring process, after completing the Pre-Questionnaire, preliminary background check, and Personality, Morals, and Ethics Assessment, you will move onto the in-person interviews.
