ADA Restroom Bid

Green Lake County is soliciting bids from interested parties for the construction of an ADA Restroom Renovation at Fox River Industries, 222 Leffert St, Berlin , WI. The project must comply with all federal and state labor laws.

Specification can be obtained at the County Clerk’s Office, at the Green Lake Government Center , 571 County Road A , P.O. Box 3188, Green Lake, 54941 – 3188 between 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P .M. Monday through Friday.

Onsite Inspections for the ADA Restrooms will be on February 24th, 2016 from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm at Fox River Industries, 222 Leffert St, Berlin WI by appointment only. Please contact Scott Weir at 920-294-4012 for an appointment time. Tentative completion date for the project is by May 29, 2016.

Sealed Bids must be received to Marge Bostelmann, County Clerk, at the above address no later than 4:00 PM on March 1st, 2016 . Bids will be opened at a meeting of the Property and Insurance Committee on Tuesday, March 1st , 2016 at 5:00 PM.

Successful bidder must provide Green Lake County with a certificate of at least $1,000,000 of liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance.
