2014 Green Lake County Flu Shots Scheduled

| Flu Vaccine is recommended for all persons over the age of 6 months. We have the quadrivalent vaccine which protects against 4 different flu strains. We have free flu shots and flumist for children who are uninsured or have BadgerCare or Medical Assistance and are under the age of 19 through the Vaccine for Children Program, while supplies last. We can bill Medicare Part B, or your Medicare HMO if you present your card at the time of your appointment. If you do not have your card, you will have to pay at the time of service.
